Charles Taylor, a former Black Stars player, has identified four ex-players whom he believes could positively impact the team's fortunes if appointed to the new technical committee. These individuals, Michael Essien, Stephen Appiah, Laryea Kingston, and Sammy Adjei, are referred to as the 'four wise men' by Taylor.
