Augustus Molade Akiwumi was a distinguished barrister, judge, and statesman who played a significant role in Ghana’s legal and political history. Originally from Nigeria, he became a naturalized Ghanaian and served as the second Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana from 1958 to 1960.
