Deloris Frimpong Manso

Deloris Frimpong Manso, widely recognized as "Delay," is a multifaceted individual involved in entrepreneurship, television and radio hosting, production, public speaking, and women's advocacy in Ghana. Delay embarked on her broadcasting journey as a presenter at Life FM in Nkawkaw, located in the Eastern Region of Ghana, when she was just 17 years old in 1999.
After her initial role, Delay made a transition to Top Radio in 2005, situated in the capital city, Accra. Here, she remained until 2007, where she took charge of the mid-morning show. Subsequently, she was enlisted by the newly established Oman FM in 2007, and her association with this radio station continued until 2016.
