Hailing from Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana, Elvis Morris Donkoh has carved a remarkable political career, currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. He represents the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency under the banner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
