Inusah Abdulai Bistav Fuseini, born in 1962 in Tishiegu-Tamale, Northern Region of Ghana, began his career as a lawyer after studying at Bagabaga College of Education and the University of Ghana, Legon, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in law.
He later transitioned into politics with the National Democratic Congress (NDC), winning a pivotal by-election in 2006 for the Tamale Central constituency. He served in various ministerial roles, including Deputy Minister for Energy and Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, demonstrating a commitment to public service.
