2020: Akua Donkor received 5,574 votes, securing 0.04% of the vote share, ranking 11th out of 12 candidates.

2016: Akua Donkor was disqualified, with no votes or share of votes reported.

2012: Akua Donkor was disqualified, with no votes or share of votes reported.
