The Apomasu Yam Festival is an annual harvest celebration observed by the chiefs and people of Ntotoroso-Asutifi in the Ahafo Region of Ghana, formerly part of the Brong Ahafo Region.

Held each year in January, the festival marks an important time of thanksgiving and renewal for the community.

As part of the festivities, visitors are warmly welcomed and invited to share in a variety of traditional meals and drinks.

Locals dress in colorful indigenous attire, and a grand durbar of chiefs is held to showcase the rich royal heritage of the area. Vibrant drumming, dancing, and other cultural displays create a joyful atmosphere throughout the celebration.

The festival has been commemorated for over 900 years. It is primarily held to honor the sacred Apomasu shrine, to which many people travel from far and near to seek blessings and divine favor.
