Efua Ghartey is a distinguished lawyer and a co-founder of Ghartey and Ghartey as Head of Chambers.

Efua Ghartey, a distinguished lawyer, completed her studies at the University of Ghana in 1989 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1991. She began her career as a Legal Aid Officer and later joined Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. as an associate. In 1994, she co-founded Ghartey & Ghartey, specializing in various aspects of corporate law.

She has held leadership positions in the International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA) and the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), where she is currently President of the Greater Accra Bar Association and a Presidential Candidate for the upcoming GBA elections. Efua has served on numerous national and international boards, including the Global Council of the United Bible Societies and World Vision Ghana.

With extensive academic credentials and experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, she continues to lead Ghartey & Ghartey and remains a key figure in the legal community.
