Jerry Ahmed Shaib is a prominent Ghanaian lawyer, politician, and administrator. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Coastal Development Authority (CODA), a role he assumed in 2018 following his appointment by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
His tenure as CEO has focused on regional development projects along Ghana's coastal belt, in line with the authority's mandate under the Coastal Development Authority Act, 2017 (Act 961).
Jerry has also been active in sports administration, serving as the President of the Ghana Weightlifting Federation since 2021. Under his leadership, the federation aims to enhance athlete development and promote weightlifting at both national and international levels.
