Linus Evans Osei, widely known as DJ Faculty, is a dynamic Ghanaian disc jockey who has quickly become one of the most recognized names in the country’s entertainment industry.

Born and raised in Ashaiman, DJ Faculty’s journey began with a dream of becoming an aeronautical engineer, but fate had other plans.

After attending Benkum Senior High School and graduating from Ho Technical University, his passion for music led him to explore deejaying.

He honed his skills through early gigs at Don Bosco Vocational Technical Institute and later interned at Sky96.7FM in 2018, laying the foundation for a stellar career in music and live entertainment.

DJ Faculty is now the official DJ for Media General's biggest television and radio shows, including Showbiz 360, Ghana’s Most Beautiful, Music Music, and 3FM Drive Time with Giovani Caleb.

In 2022, he won “Best DJ of the Year” at the 3Music Awards and the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA, and in 2023, he earned a nomination for “Best DJ Africa” at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

Known for electrifying performances at major events like the Bhim Concert, VGMA Experience, and Black Star Line, DJ Faculty also launched his first headlined event, Rhythmz and Vibez, in August 2023.

With collaborations like Ali Baba with DopeNation and Happiness Over Everything featuring Yaw Blvck and Netty, DJ Faculty continues to make waves—proving that he’s not just spinning tracks, he’s spinning a legacy.
