Psalm Adjeteyfio, affectionately known as T.T., was one of Ghana’s most beloved actors.
Born in 1948 in the then Gold Coast, he rose to fame through his iconic role in the hit TV series Taxi Driver, where his humour and warmth made him a household name.
Before acting, Adjeteyfio worked as a Ga language teacher at the PRESEC Staff School.
His passion for storytelling eventually led him to film and television, where he starred in productions such as Ultimate Paradise, A Stab in the Dark, Expectations, The Chosen One, and Cross My Heart.
Despite personal and health challenges later in life, T.T. remained a cherished figure whose humility and humor endeared him to many.
He passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 74, after a heart attack. His legacy continues through the laughter and memories he left behind, especially in Taxi Driver, a show that made him a symbol of Ghanaian entertainment and everyday life.
