Anita Erskine Amaizo, born Marian Anita Erskine on December 3, 1978, is a renowned Ghanaian media entrepreneur, broadcaster, and advocate for girls’ education.
Fluent in English and French, she has built a distinguished career as a television host, actress, master of ceremonies, and communications leader.
She is best known for producing and hosting Sheroes of Our Time on Akwaaba Magic, and in 2020, she served as host and advisor for the Jack Ma Foundation’s Africa Netpreneur Prize Initiative.
Born in Jerusalem to Ghanaian parents, Anita was raised in Ghana and later moved to Canada, where she earned a degree in Cultural Studies from Trent University.
Her background and global exposure have shaped her passion for storytelling and social advocacy.
