Wayoe Ghanamannti is a Ghanaian lawyer and political figure associated with the Convention People's Party (CPP). He has been vocal about preserving Ghana's cultural and historical heritage and has participated in advocacy for national monuments, such as the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

Ghanamannti criticized the commercialization and entertainment-oriented use of the mausoleum, emphasizing its significance as a solemn site for reflection on African unity and the legacy of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
