Our Lady of Apostles (OLA) Girls Senior High School, located in Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana, is a prestigious all-female institution known for its commitment to providing quality education.

Established on February 1, 1954, by Bishop Anthony Konings in Keta, the school began with just 35 students.

It initially operated from the borrowed premises of a convent boarding school and a nearby middle school building, which was converted into classrooms, a dining hall, and a dormitory block.

Over the years, OLA Girls Senior High School has expanded both in size and reputation, offering a range of academic programs including General Science, Home Economics, General Arts, Business, and Visual Arts.

The school prides itself on its vision of providing quality and holistic education, emphasizing academic and moral excellence within a disciplined environment supported by modern technology.

The leadership of the school has seen a number of dedicated headmistresses, beginning with Sr. Theodorus Fahy, who served from 1954 to 1976, followed by Sr. Marie O’Driscoll (1976–1982), Sr. Mary Connaughton (1982–1983), Ms. Loretta MacCarthy (1983–1985), Sr. Regina Kampo, the first Ghanaian OLA Sister to head the school (1985–1997), Sr. Bernadette Kofitse (1997–1999), Mrs. Philomena Afeti (1999–2010), and the current headmistress, Mrs. Benedicta A. Afesi, who has been in office since August 2010.

OLA Girls Senior High School has produced many notable alumni who have made significant contributions in various fields. Among them are Bernice Adiku-Heloo, Member of Parliament for Hohoe North and Deputy Minister for Environment, Science, Technology, and Innovations; Sefadzi Abena Amesu, popularly known as S3fa, an Afrobeats and Afro-pop musician; Felicia Edem Attipoe, an aircraft marshaller; Juliana Azumah-Mensah, a former MP and Minister of State; Kafui Danku, an actress, movie producer, and writer; Agnes Dordzie, a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana from 2018 to 2022; Peace Adzo Medie, a writer; and Harriet Sena Siaw-Boateng, Ghana's Permanent Representative to the European Union since 2019.
