St. Paul's Senior High School, formerly known as St. Paul's Secondary, is a renowned boys' senior high institution located in Hatsukope-Denu within the Ketu South Municipal District of the Volta Region in Ghana.

Established in 1958, the school operates under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Keta–Akatsi and includes a minor seminary.

The school, affectionately nicknamed SPACO, is distinguished by its commitment to academic excellence and moral development.

The alumni, known as Conquerors, derive their name from the school's motto, "Do good and conquer evil" (Vince In Bono Malum).

In the year 2000, the school briefly became a mixed institution to advance the cause of girl child education in the Volta Region.

However, following the graduation of the first mixed batch, the school reverted to its original status as a boys' school and has maintained this tradition since.

St. Paul's Senior High School boasts a range of facilities designed to support its educational programs. These include a boarding hostel, a well-equipped science laboratory, and an information technology lab.
