King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, also known as Dr. Kelvin Nii Tackie Abia, is the Ga Mantse, the king of the Ga Traditional Area in southern Ghana, including Accra.

He leads the Ga-Adangbe people, an important ethnic group in Ghana, Togo, and Benin. Dr. Abia holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from KNUST, with additional certificates in international business, marketing, and cleaning science.

He founded Aenon Artisanal Mining Limited, demonstrating his entrepreneurial skills. In 2012, he was the running mate of independent presidential candidate Jacob Osei Yeboah in Ghana's election.

Committed to preserving Ga traditions and promoting development, his coronation followed traditional ceremonies. On June 9, 2024, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II visited him, marking a significant event for the Ga State.
