He hosted two flagship programs on the station: the "Gold Power Drive," a popular morning show, and the "Alhaji and Alhaji" talk show, which delved into socio-economic and political current affairs. His excellence in radio broadcasting did not go unnoticed, as he received recognition as the Talk Show Host of the Year for three consecutive years, in 2011, 2012, and 2013, at the Ghana Radio and Television Personality Awards.

In 2013, he was selected and sponsored by the South Korean government as part of its Next Generational Leaders from Africa program, affording him the opportunity to tour South Korea.
