Hadzide's educational odyssey commenced at Bishop Herman College, where he pursued his West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). This early pursuit of academic excellence laid the groundwork for his future accomplishments. Eager to expand his horizons, he continued his studies at Accra Technical University (formerly known as Accra Polytechnic), where he honed his skills and fortified his educational foundation. Subsequently, he pursued higher education at the prestigious University of Cape Coast, further enhancing his academic qualifications.

Notably, Hadzide's quest for knowledge extended beyond the borders of Ghana. He is an alumnus of the Theodore Huess Academy of Leadership in Gummersbaach, Germany, where he gained invaluable insights into leadership dynamics.

Following the completion of his education, Pius Enam Hadzide embarked on a career dedicated to education and public service. His journey began as a Physics and Mathematics teacher at Akwamuman Secondary School, where he had the privilege of moulding the minds of the next generation.

His commitment to education reached new heights when he joined the President's Special Initiative on Distance Learning (PSI-DL) as a subject coordinator for science. In this role, he contributed to widening access to quality education through innovative distance-learning programs.

Pius Enam Hadzide's career took a different trajectory when he transitioned into the private sector. He assumed the role of Business Development Manager for Akroma Ltd., an advertising and media buying firm, before further diversifying his professional experience as the General Manager at Ideas Advertising Ltd.

Hadzide's foray into politics marked a pivotal moment in his career. In 2012, he ran as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the Ketu North constituency of the Volta Region, signalling his active involvement in the NPP and Ghanaian politics at large. His dedication and contributions to the NPP garnered recognition, leading to his appointment as a Campaign Aide to then flagbearer, and now President, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in 2015. His role in the campaign underscored his political astuteness and unwavering commitment to the party's cause.

In 2017, in recognition of his talents and dedication, Pius Enam Hadzide was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports. In this capacity, he worked tirelessly to develop and implement policies and programs aimed at empowering Ghana's youth and promoting sports as a vehicle for personal development and national pride. Later, in November 2018, he assumed the role of Deputy Minister of Information, where he played a pivotal role in disseminating government information to the public. His responsibilities include assisting the Minister in designing and implementing policies, projects, and programs that facilitate effective communication between the government and the people of Ghana. Additionally, he actively seeks valuable feedback for policy refinement and updates.
