Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, born on December 14, 1974, is a notable Ghanaian politician dedicated to public service.

A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), he has served as the Member of Parliament for both Nanton and Tamale Central Constituencies. His career includes roles as Deputy Minister for Information and Media Relations and Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry.
